RATE: 5 lbs/acre drilled - 15 lbs/acre broadcast
WHEN TO PLANT: Southeast - Sept.-Oct.
Midwest and North - Aug.-Sept. and March-April

METHOD: Plant in a well prepared, firm seedbed 1/4"
deep. Red or white clover can be planted
with Ambrosia to extend grazing season.
USES: The soft, succulent leaves are very palatable to
livestock making it an excellent forage for pasture.
High forage yields produce excellent quality hay.
NOTE: Orchardgrass is NOT a true native grass as its
origins are in Europe.
