Foothills Native Grass Mixture
Native grass mix for foothills area of Western US. This mixture was
developed and blended for use for Rangeland, Ornamental and Ecological purposes
(Wildlife, etc.) rather than for fast stabilization of soils.
USE AREA:
For Elevations between 5,500 and 8,200 ft.,
Planting Rate / Acre: 12 lbs alone / 6 lbs with wildflowers.
Varieties Included
Contains Indian Ricegrass, Sideoats Grama, Mountain Brome, Bottlebrush Squirreltail, Blue Grama, Arizona Fescue, Sandberg Bluegrass and Prairie Junegrass.
These mixtures can also be mixed with Regional
Wildflower Mixtures
to provide a blend of grasses and wildflowers for a true meadow
look.
