Southeast Native Grass Mixture #2903
Native grass mix for Southeastern states growing area of US. (see map)
This mixture was developed and blended for use for Rangeland, Ornamental and Ecological purposes
(Wildlife, etc.) rather than for fast stabilization of soils. Native grasses
usually take more than one season to properly establish.
Usage Area:
For South-Eastern States area of US (see map)
Height: 24-48 inches.
Recommended Planting Rate / Acre:
18 lbs alone / 9 lbs with wildflowers.
Mixture Varieties Included:
Contains Virginia Wildrye, Purpletop, and Broomsedge.
These mixtures can also be mixed with Regional
Wildflower Mixtures
to provide a blend of grasses and wildflowers for a true meadow look.
